Half term- no swimming - Mon 25th May - Sun 31st May

Final Lesson: Sat 4th July - UNLESS you swim on a Sun/Mon/Tues in which case the final lesson will be Sun 12th July, Mon 13th July or Tues 14th July

Mon 27th July-Fri 31st July - 8.30am-12.30pm

Mon 3rd August-Fri 7th August - 8.30am-12.30pm

Mon 10th August-Fri 14th August - 8.30am-12.30pm

Swimmers interested in enrolling in weekly lessons with Push & Glide may be placed on the waiting list upon successful completion of the Crash Course, subject to the supervisor's assessment and recommendation.

Mon 3rd August-Fri 7th Aug - 6pm-8pm

The Stroke/Diving & Turns Clinics are two-hour, drop-off pool sessions designed for swimmers who are confident in deep water and are progressing through Stage 5 and above. These sessions focus on developing diving techniques, tumble turns and a variety of swimming skills, all under the guidance of specialist coaches.

30 minute private lessons suitable for children and/or adults 4 years and over.

1 hour private lessons suitable for children and/or adults 6 years and over.
