Swimmers seeking enrolment onto weekly lessons with Push & Glide may be added to the waiting list following successful completion of the Crash Course, subject to the supervisor's advice and report.

The diving & turns clinic is a 1.5 hour drop-off pool session suitable for swimmers confident in deep water and learning Stage 5 and above, including county/regional/national swimmers. The learning includes diving, tumble turns and a range of underwater skills.
