Swimmers seeking enrolment onto weekly lessons with Push & Glide may be added to the waiting list following successful completion of the Crash Course, subject to the supervisor's advice and report.

Diving & Turns Clinic

The diving & turns clinic is a 1 hr drop-off pool session suitable for swimmers confident in deep water and learning Stage 5 and above. The learning includes diving, tumble turns and a range of underwater skills.
