Swimmers interested in enrolling in weekly lessons with Push & Glide may be placed on the waiting list upon successful completion of the Crash Course, subject to the supervisor's assessment and recommendation.

The Stroke/Diving & Turns Clinics are two-hour, drop-off pool sessions designed for swimmers who are confident in deep water and are progressing through Stage 5 and above, including county, regional and national-level swimmers. These sessions focus on developing diving techniques, tumble turns and a variety of swimming skills, all under the guidance of specialist coaches.
